I purchased a vehicle here and was told that it had a clean car fax only to find out that it had an accident. They assulted my son also.

I went on Saturday the 29th of September 2012 and was lied to an told that the vehicle that I was purchasing was valued at $19,000 and that it had a clean car fax report and they showed me a car fax report that showed no accidents then after purchasing the car that night I found out my husband lost a contract job that he was suppose to get. I went back to see if they would please take the vehicle back and give me my trade back. they refused and told me it was my problem not theirs that they can send someone my way if they know they want a crv.

I went to another dealership to see if I could sell the vehicle to them only to be shown a carfax showing an accident on the vehicle. When I went back to the dealership with my son to ask why I was lied to a man came out from the back screaming to my son to "Get the F*ck Out" then he approached him and pushed him. My son was going to file charges but had to drop them because they wanted to file trespassing charges against him which he was not because they never even called the police but my son did. This dealer sold me a car that is worth 13k for 21k and told me that it was up to me to prove that they told me it was accident free and that it was not their problem to deal with.

I called honda of usa and filed a complaint with them also. This dealer lies to its customers and does not care what they do because they hide behind the law and say they are not responsible. They also told me that they bank loan is processed which is a lie because upon speaking to barry who processes the loans for fidelity he said they had not approved the loan. Please call Honda USA and file complaints so they can get shut down and stop stealing from people and also the BBB. If all this is exactly as you say then I would call whoever is financing the car (I think you said you know who that is) and tell them your husband's income will drop because of the loss on the contract and as such, your income has changed.  They may at that point decide to NOT approve the loan.  If this guy did assault your son as you say, then by all means FILE CHARGES and do it NOW.  Finally, the time to decide if the price is worthy of the car is BEFORE you sign the paperwork, not after.  In any event, get on that phone NOW and inform the lender of your "new" situation.
