WEST PARK PLACE ripoff WEST ALLIS Wisconsin
West Park Place hires mostly young, poor, girls. After they have them employed, they verbally abuse them. They tell them they're stupid.
Rules at West Park Place are changed almost daily. Some of the more creative policies include, but are not limited to, :if you call in once in 90 days, it's a verbal warning..twice, written, 3 times,suspension. You may not take time off to go to a doctor appointment,or because your child is ill. If you make the owner, Sharon, upset, she takes vacation days away from you. Oh, and by the way,you can't really use your vacation days unless you tell them what you need them for.
The owners son (who is grown), is also allowed to humiate and verbally abuse the staff as well.
It's pretty much an accepted fact that the owner does drugs...namely cocaine. This doesn't seem to be a good thing, as West Park Place serves elderly and handicap.
