I have paid my electric bill in increments, maintaining good status with my payments, however since I did not pay the sum by the "due date" my services were cut off, without notice. I immediately paid the remainder to restore services, and was informed that I would get a house visit by the technician working in the area. The hours crept on, and no hearing from them. I called time and time again, being told that I am on their list for the day's visits, but to no avail, I called them hours afterward,
then being told that my electricity would be restored sometime the following day, before the end of the day. I asked them the reason for this, and was told that there were other customers that they were servicing, and that they were more important, because I was disconnected for "non-payment." These people use things like this as punishment for errors made on their part, however they tell you this in the friendliest, conspiring way possible. If you can, avoid like the plague!
