Norman Victor Meier launched a new company called "Westbridge Oil & Gas" end of June 2012. The website address at the time was www.westbridgeoilandgas.com. He didn't use his real name on the form D he filed with the SEC: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1555237/000117625612000519/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml ). He used Victor Burrell-Meier to incorporate Westbridge. You can read all about it here: https://investorsdoyourresearch.wordpress.com/. Shortly after that blog went online, informing potential investors about Mr. Meier's new name and a few other very important facts about his character, the Westbridge website disappeared. Mr. Norman Meier then registered a new domain name for his fake Westbridge company on August 28th 2012 under www.westbridge.co . For those unfamiliar with top level domain names the ending ".co" actually stands for the country of Columbia.
If you type in www.westbridge.co and read the information posted you'll notice that you won’t find any names of people involved with the company. The reason for that is Norman Victor Meier has finally realized that his reputation went down the drain together with all his former scam companies (some of them are listed here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Shrink-Nanotechnologies-Norman-Victor-Meier/Carlsbad-California/Shrink-Nanotechnologies-Norman-Victor-Meier-Victor-Meier-Victor-Burrell-Meier-Pump-and-1078242 ). Mr. Meier has realized that he can't brag about his former "achievements" anymore because they really were in fact scams and there isn't anything to brag about in the first place. Please read a statement Douglas Oliver a former geologist who worked for Norman V. Meier posted online:
"...Hemis, Tecton and all other clones set up by Norman Meier did in fact fail. This was not because the projects were bad (my role) but because the various companies either grossly mismanaged the investor's money or they disappeared through out-and-out fraud..."

On the website of Westbridge ( http://westbridge.co/projects ) you'll find a project called "The Red Horse Field". It's worth mentioning that 4 other companies that are directly and indirectly linked to Norman Meier have the same project posted on their websites. Here is a list of those companies:

As mentioned earlier Mr. Meier tries to keep his name out of new ventures and it's hard to find a connection at first glance. Untied Oil and Gas is run among others by Philippe P. Wagner and Natasha Waite. Both are connected to Norman V. Meier. Natasha Waite is working with Mr. Meier at American Incorporation Services (http://www.nvbusinessexpert.com/about) and Mr. Wagner has worked with Mr. Meier at Norman Meier International ( http://www.zoominfo.com/p/Philippe-Wagner/1788114312 ).

Richard Henry Wendler is the only director to be found for Monte Cristo Oil yet. Richard Wendler is the partner of Mr. Meier's wife step-sister. Richard Henry Wendler is considered family. Mr. Norman V. Meier put him in charge strategically to keep his name out of all documentation because he can't use his real name or his fake name (Victor Burrell) anymore.

This company seems only indirectly related to Norman Meier. John R. Taylor is in charge of Fire Creek and he is also a member of the advisory board at United Oil and Gas.

The reason why all of these companies have the same project featured is because it's a big scam. The fraud goes on once again with these companies. Norman Victor Meier and his buddies are in charge ripping off investors once again. Once these criminals learn that they have been found out they will change the content of their websites or take them down. That's why I have provided screen shots of the current state of their fraudulent activities. You'll also find a chart with photos of the individuals running the scam. Mr. Norman Meier operates from the following address:

I've made a screen shot of WestBridge Oil & Gas news' page from 2012 (see attached images). As you can see Westbridge Oil & Gas made two option agreements with Tristar Energy Group, Inc. http://www.tristar-energy.com/ for two projects, one is the Callahan field and the other one is the Sand Palmetto field. Tristar Energy Group doesn't explicitly state any projects on their website at the moment but United Oil & Gas does (please also see attached images).
Please also note that these option agreements were made merely two days after Westbridges inception. This is very strong evidence that all these companies (WestBridge Oil & Gas, Monte Cristo Oil, Tristar Energy Group, United Oil & Gas) are run by the same people including Norman Victor Meier, who is the master minde behind it. Fun fact the Sand Palmetto project page is still on the server but is not linked anymore with the rest of the site. They took it off to be less obvious about fraud they want to pull of.
