So this company has been selling calling cards to me since february of 2010. I bought like a couple of cards then I stopped getting cards from them because the rates per minutes are too high. But on march 15,2010 somebody called me saying they are from westwood company and they are trying to get good customers to get bonus packages for discounted prices. Plus, they also told me that I will be one of the lucky customers to get in their raffle promo and the prize is a two(2)roudtrip tickets to the philippines. So I got interested and bought  the package named HOLIDAY ADVENTURES for $500.

The next day (the 16th of march) "Nick cojuangco" called me saying congratulations because he will get me to be one of the winners for the raffle for sure, then i just need to verify the purchase from yesterday and get the reference number for the recording. So I had to pull up my card again and repeat what I did yesterday. After the call I checked my online banking and was SHOCKED, really shocked just found that they charged me for another $500!! so I called them, got directed to the agent nick and he said "yeah it's our fault I told them its just for verification"

He said they will fix it and my money will be back in a week. I waited for a week but I didn't get a refund. I tried calling again. They said they're still working on it because I am a candidate to the prizes so he's gonna call me back to the details. IN SHORT I NEVER GOT A CALL AGAIN and when I tried calling them I get to talk to LINDA, NICKS assistant.. She's gonna say that that my agent is not there, that he's in night shift or he's break right now?? WTH! The following days I called again I asked if they have night shifts in they're office but the customer service said they close at 5pm!

He said he doesn't have any idea why did NICK told me that and that there was no request to CANCEL my 2nd purchase and even if I wanted to cancel it its too late coz it passed the 7 days cancelation! After that they keep transferring me to different persons until I get to talk to their so called manager Mr. Carl. He said he's going to talk to nick and he's going to fix my problem. GUESS WHAT I STILL DID NOT GET MY MONEY after two weeks of waiting.

Finally then I got a call from a Chris Mendoza, He wanted to offer me a ticket to the philippines instead of refunding my money because like at first he said its too late. OFCOURSE ITS ANOTHER LIE I DIDN'T BELIEVE  HIM I said I just wan't my money back then he told me that they got recordings of my purchase so It was legal and everything. I was just sooo pissed I just wanna forget about that I didn't get to report anything because I didn't know what to do then. Its been 6 months. But for their next customer/victims DON'T GET FOOLED.
