I never received any contacts from you. Even after repeated attempts to contact you. You would not take payment from me when I offered it. I guess I am not alone when it comes to this situation.

It is unfortunate that you feel the way you do and I do understand your current financial strain may have led to your post. To date, we have processed your tax return and followed up with Canada Revenue Canada on the status of the file. We have communicated their pre-assessment review requirements for your submission of additional documents.
We can assure you that we are willing to continue to help you with the process, though we have not yet received payment for the taxes that have been completed to date.
