I have been buying mainly ginger but other items too but this is about the ginger, I've emailed, called, and posted after posting on tweeter they finally responded.
The last 2 months I have driven at least 3 times many miles to get my favorite ginger at whoole foods, but it seems the quality of the ginger went from prime to loust. Whole foods offered my a $25 gift card I declined, all I want is some one to address the colmplaint. Ginger, is it a fluke that its been slimy and old or is this your new standard?

What I wanted was only to have someone address my complain maybe something like sorry for your inconvenience we have checked the ginger and addressed the problem that's all but you decided to make this personal by attacking my education.

Thank you for your response, all I wanted from the beginning was someone to call me and explain what was going on with the ginger, instead you have resorted to telling the customer to buy it somewhere else and insulting my spelling I will start to post now on tweeter and Facebook your response to buy it somewhere else and to make fun of my spelling will be seen by millions thank you for your professionalism.

They offered to fix the situation with a gift card and you declined. Company did what they could so what do you want??? Seems you are reaching for something that cannot be attained at this point. If you want ginger order it online - there are many companies that would be happy to send you the product you want.
And the company is WHOLE foods not WHOOLE foods and colmplaint is not even a word
