After reading these complaints and rebuttals regarding this guy Nick & his Dad, I can confirm most of what is being written. I didn't buy from him, so I don't know if his hot tubs leak and fall apart. But I did go to his warehouse to check out a mattress he had advertised for $40. Coincidentally, he sold the last one right before I got there.
2 hours later, I had a friend call about the same mattress from a different number, and he claimed he still had it. We went back soon after, and once again didn't have it. He is pulling the old bait and switch on people. This guy writes in his rebuttal that competitors are running unethical and unfair business practices.
What a hypocrite! He lied to me and my friend within a 2 hour period and got busted for it. He's hoping you come in and buy the $800 mattress since you committed to making the drive. I can guarantee that 90% of the people that go in there leave in disgust.
Karma huh? You should be looking over your shoulder Nick. I think karma's coming for you. You can't run a business for very long when the foundation is lying to people. Either start being honest to people or leave!

I am the owner Nick as you see in the above letter. I am constantly being harrased by other mattress shop owners or their affiliates. This story is another sad story of defamation of character. Notice that these ads say I tried to sell them an $800 mattress. I don't have to sell anything the product speaks for itself. I have mattress sets under $100 and I have mattress Sets that retail at $2400 and I let people have them for $1100, but they are all great deals I am able to undercut everyone and that makes for some unhappy competition. If you notice it's not until I see these bogus reports and write a rebuttal that another one appears. I am 100% positive that none of these reports were filed by actual customers. How? I always have the product people are coming in to see. Notice this article tells me to leave? These are stories by desperate competitors who are going out of business because of what I am able to do and the way I am able to do it. I get constant referrals and do not have a "typical" fancy store front or a bunch of SALESPEOPLE pushing the product and getting in your face. If you don't like the $99 Queen size set i usually have a Queen pillow Top Mattress set for $199. STILL CHEAPER than these SLEEP shops sell just a box spring. If you want memory foam I can do a set as cheap as $399. Again 9 out of 10 people who come leave with a mattress and most of them send a friend or family member back. Its sad that these people have no morales and try to justifytheir overpriced product. These mattress shops mark up the mattresses over 400%. They have to to pay for all their highly priced pushy salespeople and their expensive locations right on the main strip. All products have their manufacturers warranty and not only will you find a great deal you'll open the door for a family and friends. So many people are so happy because they have been sleeping on the floor or on an air mattress and couldn't afford to pay 6 or $700 for a mattress and I was able to get them something for $100's less than they could find anywhere else. He goes above and beyond for every person he meets. I have to tell him to not do somethings because he always goes that extra mile and sometimes I need his help for other things. He gets taken advantage of because he's too nice. (originally from the midwest where hospitality is normal)
