On November 11, 2008 I was contacted by Wholesale Merchant Processing in response to my concerns. On that date I was promised satisfaction by a spokesperson for the entity. I am pleased with the professionalism displayed in that communication. I am very pleased with Wholesale Merdchant Processing's expression of concern about my situation and their willingness to rectify the matter after having investigated it and understanding it to be a valid concern. Now that my concerns are understood, Wholesale Merchant Processing is in the process of satisfying my concerns. I believe them in their expression of concern over this situation and I am pleased with how they are handling the matter.

any time a sales person comes into your business ( or home for that matter) get their id info, not just the business card from the company, ask to see their drivers lic, copy their info from it, if they refuse, send them on their way. that way you can "contact" them directly if there is a problemm, and not have to deal with the company over the phone. If you have to take them ( the salesman) to small claims court, it would give him some incentive to make sure you are a satisfied customer. after all, its only fair you get their info, they have yours by just showing up. we need to hold these people accountable if they are dishonest. if they know you know where to find them, they will be less likely to pull any scams. We got shafter by mpi and a-1 leasing some time ago with the bogus sales pitch and expensive lease on a machine we did not need. I would really like to find others in the san diego area that were taken by their scum bag sales man, mr jack kelly.
