We were taken in a bate and switch manuver by these guys, we were using them to do our credit card processing, and actually weren't that dissapointed in there preformance, realizing that all these companies are scumbags they were doing ok and everything was consistent.  I did realize I was ripped off by the LADCO lease, but I realized that was my fault we fulfilled the lease arrangement. 

Our issue came when our leases terminal began to malfunction and after numerous tech support calls they finally conceded that it was the terminal that was the problem, and because of the age and PCi comp[liants and all the other BS they were shoveling at the time, the representative said they were abel to send a replacement terminal out for no cost. all we had to to was to sign a merchant receipt form stating that we were accepting the terminal and pin pad. Our representative promised that nothing else was changing in our account.

Well when we wnt to change processors we were charged $ 1,228.00 which seems to be the standard amount they ding people for, I call the billing dept 3 times and finally got ahold our a supposed customer service representative and was basically told when I signed the receipt form ofor the terminal I signed up for 2 more years of processing, eventhough the rate were crossed out on the form,  they pretty have told me to screw off and since I sif=gned this form they were entitled to collect the fees.

These guys are all scumbags, and our attorneys will be getting involved, and looks like we will contacting the Oregon Attorney's Office as well.
