I would like to retract what I had to say about Wicked Rocket.com. They were a victim as much as I was. Ben Vaughn at Doro Motors did not come through for them after they paid him to ship me the ATV I ordered. Wicked Rocket was just trying to get the ATV to me as soon as possible, so they ordered it from Doro Motors/Ben Vaughn rather than wait for one to come in from China. They were ripped off, just like I was. Matt at Wicked Rocket has been particularly helpful, and his follow-through has been great. I would use them again, and I think they learned an unfortunate lesson from this episode.

Wicked Rocket has done little or nothing for me, since the ATV came in missing all the nuts and bolts and brackets to assemble it. They are the ones I bought the ATV from. Doro Motors has finally come through for me with the parts needed to assemble my son's ATV. The moral of the story - buy from someone who actually stocks what you are buying.

I have paid in full for an ATV, and still do not have the parts needed to assemble the one I received. I suppose my next step is to file with the Internet Fraud division of the FBI?

They told me it was in stock on 11-30-04 and 12-1-04, not 11-13-04.

On 12-4-04, they told me it was ready for shipment. It was not until I cehcked back, at almost Christmas, that I was told it was outof stock. No explanation about the error. After another month or so, (now January) they told me it wouild be delivered in February...so I was okay to wait. After all, I would just go to the back of the line if I went somewhere else, and it had already missed Chirstams for my son. They told me they would refund my money or send me two shirts for waiting - they didn't even ask what sizes! They sent only one shirt, a men's large. I wear an extra large and a men's large is obviously too big for a six-year old. Note that they did not even send the one shirt until a month had passed since they made the offer! I didn't ask for the shirt, but they offered two. They do not respond to emails, other than to say "I will order parts immeediately" when notified of the problem. Then nothing. No follow up at all. The last I heard from them was March 4.

The following are our order notes for the order that Eric has found issue. As you can see, Wicked Rocket was unable to fill the order and offered to refund his money immediately or keep the order and receive free t-shirts for the delay. Since we were unable to fill the order in a reasonable amount of time, we decided to go ahead and order his ATV from a competitor, GasRides.com. We assumed that the ATV would be of the same quality as the ones that we should ship. We were very disappointed to hear that Mr. Van Stralen had received a product in such a horrible state. We voiced our opinion to GasRides.com that they were to ship out the missing parts immediately and were told they would be sent FedEx directly to Mr. Van Stralen - this information was relayed to the customer unknown to us that it was not true. We hope to work with Mr. Van Stralen to resolve this issue and make sure that the product that he ordered from us and we ordered from GasRides.com is delivered and the entire process is completed to his satisfaction. At the same time as the order for Van Stralen, we ordered an additional 23 ATVs from Doro Motors (aka GasRides.com), 10 to replenish our inventory, 14 to be shipped directly to our customers to save time and shipping expenses. The order was paid in full at time of purchase along with the calculated shipping and we are still waiting on complete delivery. We only have confirmation of delivery on 5 units, one of which is for Mr. Van Stralen and have not received our 10 ATVs for inventory.
