I have never been Ripped-off as badly by any company ever, I thought there were laws to protect consumers from the kind of actions that Wild Blue Internet services is getting away with. It is hard for anyone to be able to compete with a large company unless all can work together to make sure this does not happen to others. I was told every thing I wanted to hear. Within 2 weeks I was SHUT OFF for over using my UNLIMITED service,the so called private connection to their satellite dish was then a shared connection.  My bank account was charged 2 timed what I was told OVER DRAFTING my account. My 30 day MONEY BACK no questions asked policy was not even offered by this company as I was told by their sales people. It took 3 visits for my service with Wild Blue to be hooked up not being told till the second visit we had to call a locate company before they could dig to install our Dish that they had cemented into the ground and was getting no signal. I have never seen such unprofessional company. I was glad to see that there are many others who have had the same exact things happen to them. Where are our laws that protect us from this kind of thing? Can anyone tell me where to go when you can not afford the legal help needed to stop this fraud by a company? or the best places to file to protect others?
