After having wild blue internet for over two years we found out wildblue-exede collecting for three accounts when we only had one. I know I should have found it sooner but for some reason we just over looked it. After calling customer service and on the phone over an hour....they said it was nothing they could do about it
. After that they would just not answer or hang up on me. They charged my CC twice a month and recurring payments out of my checking every month too.
I had to change credit card and bank card to get them to stop. I still have an account with the one account number I started with because we are rule and no other internet service here. The other account numbers are threatening me now.
I just don't understand how so many thieves get away with this kind of thing. The bigger the company...the worse they are.
