Complaint Review: Will Boroski The Actors Place LA Summit Talent Management Starcraft Talent Agency - Roundrock Texas

I am the parent of the 3 yr old mentioned previously in a rip-off report. All that was stated by the previous person was completely accurate!! We were all scammed by Will Boroski better known as La Summit Mangagement also connected with and works out of The Actors Place in Ausin (Roundrock) Texas, also worked with Starcraft Talent Agency to represent his victims for the Pilot Season Retreat. Mr. Boroski will send you a contract in the e-mails but when you arrive he will avoid signing a contract, then he will say at the end of the month, if they decide to continue representing you then you will sign the contract.

Mr. Boroski was very inconsiderate when it came to my toddler. We were promised a furnished apartment, and 2 rental cars per apartment. Originally he told me I was going to be in a room with a lady & her 10 yr old daughter. Then the night he picked us up from the airport, he took us to a non-furnished studio apartment, with a queen size murphy bed that was hard as a rock that pulls down from the wall. The next day day, I called him 10 times needed towels so my child & I could take a bath before the 2:00 meeting that we were suppose to attend. Finally at 1:40 I finally got towels. We then attended the meeting, and I asked him about the work permit he was suppose to have waiting on us when we arrived into LA and he said he did not have it yet. He then informed me that the rest of my items would be delivered later that same day. In which nothing was delivered. At the meeting on Friday I asked once again for my cookware so I could provide nutritional meals for my child and he said he would personally deliver later that evening, in which he had his nephew & another actor bring me 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 spoons, 1 fork, 1 glass bowls, 1 pitcher, 3 plastic bowls, and 2 disposal aluminum foil 8" pans. So I continued to have unanswered calls from Mr. Boroski concerning my TV, and a can opener to open my child vegetables until On Saturday when he picked me up with the rest of the van full to take us to the Kodak Theater to hold an Oscar, (which we did not get to do), later found out that anyone from the public could have came in and held an Oscar the week before, once again Mr. Boroski was taking public information and trying to pass it off as Private Management priveleged information. On the way to the theater he asked if anyone had a camera because he had forgotten his, then he took all of us to the theater & left us in a group and said he was going to talk to his contact so we could hold an oscar. He was gone for an hour and when he returned he had his camera hanging around his neck. Therefore I can say he had no contact, and actually went back to the apartment to retrieve his camera. Then went he dropped me off at my room on Saturday I told him I was almost out of milk and needed the rest of my cookware, and needed to go to the grocery so my child could have hot food instead of bologna sandwiches and he said he would call me later, and have someone to take me to the grocery, in which he did not do, and my calls went unanswered once again, until the next day when he called and took me & my son to the park, in which I found out that he & his roommates had been to the grocery the night he was suppose to take me & had forgotten to take into consideration about my child needing food. To make an even longer story short, I have numerous e-mails & a phone bill showing unanswered calls from Mr. Boroski, and the limited number of times he did return calls to me, I had no rental car in case of an emerency with my child, which no one answering phone calls, I had no cookware, no vacuum, no broom, no mop, and mid-month I had to borrow a vaccum because my apartment was becoming unsanitary for a child to live in. On numerous occasions I called the Oakwood directly requesting the items, and they said all Mr. Boroski had to do was come to the office & pay for these items and they would be delivered within minutes. Everytime I approached Mr. Boroski about these items, he informed me that the Oakwood did not furnish the studio aparments with these items, and I (a female) could move in with 2 men I did not know, with my child. When I did not agree to this he told me that he would kick another parent and her 10 yr old daughter out of a 2 bedroom and put them in my non-furnished studio with 1 queen size murphy bed, and I could move into the 2 bedroom, until this Mother contacted Mr. Boroski and said she wasn't moving, and he didn't even have enough respect to call me and let me know I would not be moving. On the 10th day, I rented my own car, and the day before I was to return to my homestate he told me that he would fully compensate me for my troubles & rental car that was promised once he returned to Texas. Needless to say, I have not heard anything from Mr. Boroski. I have unanswered e-mails & phone calls. Unfortuantly I did not have a credit card with $3350 credit so I could not charge, & I was informed I couldn't use a debit card, I had to pay in cashier's check. In which Mr. Boroski has his $3350 from me & I can't dispute this with a credit card company or bank. Mr. Boroski did not even have the common courtsey to take me to the airport on the day I left, he had his nephew & another actor take me. Mr. Boroski will more than likely get away with scamming me out of my son's savings account, because I paid with a cashier's check and Kentucky is telling me in order to file small claims I would have to file where the retreat was held, LA is telling me I will have to file in the state I was when I sent the money to Texas, and I am not a resident of Texas, so I was told I could not file there. So to whomever reads this, please beware of the all the Talent Scam Artist along with Mr. Will Boroski, and always pay with a credit or debit card so you will always have the dispute option.

I read in Mr.Boroski's response to the pervious unhappy unmanaged Talent's Parent (Oscar) that he would rather his "Dirty Laundry" not be aired but be resolved between him & the talent's mother. I have tried to resolve my issues with Mr. Boroski personally but I get no response from him. Mr. Boroski has gone far enough to change his e-mail address and I recently got the new address from a fellow actor/actress.

Mr. Boroski is also still sending out notices for a Young Actor Summer Camp in July and also an Act Retreat for 1 week.

Mr. Boroski spent an entire month telling us how not to believe an Actor/Actress because they were all liars, they will tell you anything to get to where they need to be in their career. He has repeatedly told us, once an Actor always an Actor, you will always use the acting traits when beneficial to you. So I will tell you as I have told Mr. Boroski. I should have picked up on your lies because you were an Actor long before you were a Manager.

Mr. Boroski in reading this if you have had change of heart & would like to resolve these issues & recreate the upstanding image you claim your names carries, you know who I am and how to contact me. I would gladly update all of my BBB reports, TWC reports, and all the complaints listed above.
