Well - like I said before - all Alex's false comments and bluster about he and Bill not being wrong have been found by the Court in Washington County to be "B.S." I recieved a judgement agaist them for just what I had asked for from the start andd I do still own the bike. Like the gentleman that I am I agreed to settle with them both as long as I was paid CASH, which they did. Sorry, about all Alex's false comments about me - I am currently looking at the liable and slander laws to resolve that issue. I can only state that I knew the Court would see it my way since these two guys sold me a "used/crashed" bike and represented it as ALMOST NEW and still under Harley Warranty - which got "voided" once the bike was "totalled". CAUTION _ CAUTION _ CAUTION when dealing with either of these guys....

I am happy to report that I did take both parties to court in Washington County,MN and all sides presented their cases. A judgement was entered wntered by the Court against Alec Vujovich in th amount of $5260.00. Mr. Heitmann was removed from the judgement as he had informed Vujovich of the "salvage" bike status which Vujovich never informed me of. I was contacted by the parties and I did settle for slightly less than the court order but it was what I needed to get a new frame and have all of the equipment transferred to that new frame. Mr. Heitmann got involved with Mr. Vujovich in paying off the judgement to make the case go away. I am confident that all parties involved learned extensive lessons. Mr. Heitmann requested I remove the "rip-off report" but since I cannot I can only relay the facts of the resolution of the case NOTE: Further legal action in being investigated against Mr. Vujovich for the slanderous statements he has published about me in his rebuttle. The statements of any drug use or past police performance are patently false and completely made up on his part.

Mr. Vujovich somehow feels that making up information is better than dealing with facts - at no time was the title to the bike in Alec's name. I still have the MN issued title for evidence. Yes, I was a Police Office for almost 12 years, never in my life did I ever do cocaine. Alec and Bill were informed by me that I was a previous investigator with a police dept. I also told them that I would be reporting them to the MN Dept of Revenue and the IRS for evasion of income taxes from their unscruplulous business of ripping people off by lies and misleading information. It is clear that their own realization has dcreated a need to impune my character - sorry Alec, you just set yourself up for more court action. Look up the definition of "defamation", then understand that I will be the nemisis of both of you until you stop taking advantage of unknowing citizens.

There have been numerous letters(certified) sent to these guys to resolve this matter in a decent fashion. Both ahve consistently refused to make good on the "Salvage" bike that they sold me in consort. Mr. Heitmann even had the gall to call and go into a swearing tirade in an attempt to intimidate me from further actions. He knows not who he threatens! Stay tuned for Court Decisions as documents have been filed and a court date has been issued for Oct 2, 08.. I wouldn't be surprised if Heitmann decided to attempt to defame me online - Law suits for defamation of character are easy to prove, especially when someone writes info they cannot prove factual...

This report has proven to hold inaccurate info and private personal information. We would like this slander-filled report removed before we need to take legal action. William has proof that that if fact he did transfer title to Alec. David Hoffman has lied repeatedly about this transaction. First off, the part that broke on the bike was not a warrentable item(clutch spring). If it was a warrentable part, Harley Davidson would have covered it. The bike WAS under factory warrenty at that time. David Hoffman was offered a refund of 14800 for the bike he payed 15800 for and road it for 700 miles. I feel this was more then fair. What do you think? David decided that my offer was not good enough and his counter offer was David keeps the bike and I give him $6000 back. This is of course not something I will do. He was FULLY aware that the bike had been in an accident and bought it anyway. If you run across DAVID HOFFMAN (spikehoff) DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM!! HE HAS NO INTEGRITY!! WILLIAM HEITMAN AND I DO!! Thank You, Alec Vujovich

Dave Hoffman is an ex-crooked cop turned cocaine addict. On that note: I believe Dave Hoffman is a rip off artest himself. He purchased A Road King Classic that was Owned by William Heitmann. He was FULLY aware that the bike had been in a wreck(I told him). He bought the bike without hesitation by personal check. Bill, of course, held the title until the check cleared 1 week later after numurus tries. 2 weeks later, dave breaks a clutch spring on the Harley. He takes it to the dealer for warrenty work. The dealer informs him the part is not warrentable because it is a wareable item. THE BIKE IS UNDER WARRENTY LIKE I SAID!!! I do not jump any titles and never have! The Bike was not in my name because it was NOT mine. Having a title "washed" is not legal. Going to the state to have a bike deemed safe for retail sale is. BIG DIFFERENCE!! Dave gave me something after all this saying he would like Bill or I to give him back $ 6000 and he keeps the bike. Must still be smokin that dope!!!!! Not a chance pal!! His other wonderful option is for Bill and I to give him a full refund on the purchase price AND a refund for his clutch spring HE broke. Also he had a 5000 mile service preformed. The bike only had 4000 miles on it. Why anyone would pay the Harley dealer to do this is beyond me($500). He wanted his money back for that also. Must be that dope again. So, to recap, he wants me to give him $16750 for a bike he paid $15800 for, then broke it and put 700 miles on. Bill and I offered him $14800 for the bike as it sits to wash away the issue. DAVE REFUSED. $1000 to clear him of this huge burden, sounds cheep to me. A clear sign he is happy with the bike and just wants our money! No thanks pal. Slander Bill and I all you want. YOU GET NOTHING!!!! Dont sell him anything. It is not worth it.
