We were more than happy to give a refund but found out they did not fulfill their end of the contract and verbal agreement. When we decided to give them the refund (gave this client a low discounted rate, therefore both parties agreed that a refund could not be given), they stated they were not getting married and could not use any credit points we would of gave them for a different date. Prior to finding out they were still planning on getting married we did agree to give them a full refund but emailed them asking them for more time (everyone was affected by Hurricane Ike). We did not receive any emails (they said they emailed us, we never received any) regarding this issue until today. All of our other Hurricane Ike victims have since moved their wedding date at no charge. We are more than happy to do most refunds, as long as the prospective client holds their end to the written and oral agreement.
