William Schnarr, Jr. has an extensive criminal record for fraudulent activities, domestic violence, and felony stalking. He is a confidence man - gains your trust by being such a helpful, humble guy...just "down on his luck". In reality, he is stealing from you from almost the first minute after you meet him. He specializes in "helping" women in grief - but anyone can be his target. He always wants to help you "get organized", but it's really a way for him to catalog what he will be stealing from you.
He is always willing to do odd-jobs or house sit. watch out! He maintains several locations where he can stash the things he has stolen, and you will be amazed at his thoroughness and planning when you discover he has robbed you blind.
He is a stalker. when the many women he has abused get legal protection, the first thing he'll do is show up where the law says he must stay away. He does this at night - intent on showing he can go anywhere and do whatever he wants. He will watch from a distance to know when he can enter your home, and he will check your mail and place hundreds of "hang-up" calls just to scare you and to find out if you're there.
He has a diagnosis (prison psychologist) of "Narcissistic personality disorder" - which means you will be manipulated to serve him - even while he makes you think he is "helping" you. He is cold, violent, scheming, clever, and persistent.
If you meet him, walk - no RUN! the other way.

This man has an extensive criminal record for fraudulent activities, domestic violence, and felony stalking. He would love to help you "get organized", while he is cataloging the things he will steal from you. He masquerades as a "poor guy, down on his luck", but don't let that fool you. You are the one who will be manipulated to give him money, food, clothes...and he will be ever so grateful while he is robbing you blind behind your back. He specializes in manipulating women in grief, but he will become your stalker when you realize what he is doing and get a restraining order. He will then be watching your house from a distance to see when he can come in...he will always let you know he has been there by leaving a "calling card"...something out of place, and he will call you hundreds of times and hang up...maybe to see if you're home, but probably just to scare you. He has "Narrcissistic personality disorder" - formal diagnosis from jail psychologist...cold, scheming, persistent. He will be stealing from you almost from the first time you meet him...and you'll keep feeling sorry for him until you realize how dangerous he is. He is wanted in Monroe County, FL and has also jumped probation in Cheboygan, MI.
