Complaint Review: William Vance Erik Anderson - Healdsburg California

Every place that there is a (#) within this text its because I have proof associated with the sentence prior to the (#) for example, pictures, texts, voice recordings, legal documents, reciepts, ect..Along with anything else that i can ask for legally due to the extent of the deceit.

William Anderson has ignored all landlord-tenant laws, including but not limited to, filing a 3 day notice when my rent was paid up completely, trespassing into my home to move my belongings and furniture outside onto the front lawn, and breaking our contract for one year leasing. Also, had asked me a million times to put the water in my name but told me he would still pay the water bill and our lease agreement stated he would pay the water bill but the bill is not paid and I owe money to the water company now also.

On February 2nd 2019 I signed a year-long lease agreement with William Anderson for 477 Ninth Street Williams CA 95987. I paid $1700.00 for the first months rent and half of the deposit. We agreed that 100 dollars would be added onto rent until deposit was paid. (#1 ).

On February 6th 2019 I went to my place and I was informed by code enforcement Tracy Bybee, Sergeant Chris Miller of the Williams Police Department, and District Attorney Chief investigator Dave Salm that there was a problem with the water pipes and the water bill and that William needed to fix them before I could move in.

On February 8th 2019, William texted me that I could move in. (#2 ) I moved in the next day. When I attempted to pro-rate the rent amount for March 2019 ( #3), William told me that I had to pay my rent in full and I could not pro-rate it but it wasn’t due until the day I moved in. The 9th of the month became my new day to pay rent and my 5 day grace period till the 14th of every month and the 15th it would have a late fee added. ( #4)

On March 11th 2019 I paid William $850.00 in full for my rent from March 9th 2019 to April 9th 2019. (#5 )

On March 18th 2019 I left my house and for 3 weeks I was unable to go home due to other circumstances not involving William Anderson, but he was fully aware of the situation and we kept communication throughout the entire 3 weeks. This matter involved Victoria Castillo and a temporary Move Out restraining order she placed on me because she was angry and wanted to take my house away from me. I have proved already in court that she committed perjury but nothing was done about her niether.

On March 26th 2019, William posted a 3 day notice for $100 on the property,  He told me that it was to get rid of Victoria Castillo and it was not for me. William told me that my 100 dollar deposit payments wouldn’t start until April 2019 (#6 )I learned that Victoria had moved out of my place after only 1 week. I told my landlord about it and told him I wanted to go home. I told William that nobody was there now and he told me to meet him at McDonalds in Williams in a few days (#9) so he could go verify that Victoria wasn’t there and he told me I would be able to go home.

On April 3rd 2019, I rented a car to make sure I could make it to Williams (#7) and I met my landlord William Anderson at McDonalds there on E Street. He told me I needed to take care of the 3 day notice (#8) and even though I was upset about it because of our previous agreement I gave him all the money I had on me that day which was $130.00 because I thought I was eventually going to go home in a week on April 9th which was my hearing date on the restraining order.

William went to the house and claimed people were still occupying the house there but he didn’t know who because they didn’t open the door but they had changed the locks on the door he said.  William told me he would have to post another notice to get whoever was in the house to leave.  A few days later William posted another 3 day notice but assured me it wasn’t to evict me but the squatters that were in my home (#10). William asked me when and what time was my court hearing and said he was possibly going to show up to help me if he could, so I told him the date and the time (#11)

On April 9th 2019, I went to my hearing and got the restraining order taken off of me. I texted William Anderson right away to tell him it was over and I was headed home finally (#13). I went from the courthouse to the Williams Police Department to show proof that I could go home and while I was there I noticed he had texted me something about PG&E locking the door and putting some things outside (#12)  and also another text with notice of abandoned personal property (#14) and a list of expenses so he could keep my deposit (#15).

I told the Sergeant and left to go home and see what was going on. I showed up at my place and all my things were outside on the lawn ( #16 / 2 ), and the locks were changed and I couldn’t get in. William texted me that he already rented out the property to someone else and for me to take my things and go (#16 /1).  An officer, Juan Grajeda, showed up shortly after I did and seen all my things outside and the outside of the house was also painted a different color.

I seen that one of my cooking pots had the same color paint in it. The officer told me that about a week before that day he had answered a phone call a t the police department and it was Victoria Castillo saying she was locked out by William Anderson and she wanted to know if she could go back in the house. Then I realized when I came to Williams, on April 3rd he lied to me and tricked me and that he was the one that changed the locks that day, and there wasn't anyone in my home just as i thought.

  Also, when William told me he was going to come to my court hearing to help me, he was really wanting to know when I was going to go home so he could be sure to have all my stuff outside before that. Right away I noticed my cat wasn’t there and my entire fish tank with my fish in it was gone too. Also missing is my professional telescope and my sons expensive Lego collection.

I ended up losing mostly everything because I was in a rental car with 2 other people and limited space. By the time I came back everything was ruined and rained on, gone through by other people, and there bugs crawling in it becuase I didn;t know anyone in Williams CA so I was staying in my vehicle in Sacramento where i knew people and it took me awhile to get a way back to Williams CA.  My child and I have been and still are homeless and living in my vehicle since this happened to us and my son has not been able to go back to school yet niether. I have lost everything. I have Proof where there are (#)'s throughout my story. I can prove all of this. But it doesnt really matter in the end nothing has been done about it.
