I don't think anyone realizes the cost and the work it takesto replace lines, I do know they received money for that, which was just approved in September, so that may be an answer. The credit they gave you is before taxes, you still have to pay those, and so does everyone else. Your television probably got turned off because you didn't pay the bill, windstream prepays the service and then in turn bills you, so if you go past 30 days with no payment then it does get disconnected. The CEO isn't in Kentucky and there is a line to where you can file your complaint, you will have to call customer service to get that number or speak with a supervisor. Sorry that you are having issues but I'm sure there is more to the story.
