Wirefly - Inphonic ripoff, wirefly rebate is a joke Internet
My wife and I purchased cellphones from wirefly and were supposed to receive $180 rebates each. But after following all the instructions on when to turn in the forms and what to turn in we were told that one of the rebates was unclear which is funny because we filled out both forms exactly the same. So why was one processed and the other not.
Anyways we filled out the form again and were asked to fax it in. We were told that everything looked good and that it would be processed. We checked on it again and were told that we had not turned in the rebate on time and that it would be denied. This company is unbelievable, we feel we were ripped off.
Hopefully somebody can help us with this company. We do not want these guys to get away with this or to let them con anybody else.
