Hi, Jean: Let me apologize for the delays you've encountered during the rebate process. Our rebate center is backed up, thanks to the growing number of orders we're processing through Wirefly, and many rebates have been delayed but rest assured, we're taking measures to improve the situation. If your rebates have already been approved, there is no reason to worry, and certainly no reason to accuse my colleague of putting up a "smoke screen." If she said your rebates are approved, then they are approved. Please e-mail me with your order number and I'll be able to give you a more specific expected mailing date on those rebate checks..
