Monday I purchased a phone and paid for overnight shipping. I was told I would receive it and have it activiated and my contacts transfered by Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday I got an email saying there was an error and they needed to talk with me before changing my plan. I contacted them and was now told all they needed was a voice confirmation from me. I had done this yesterday muiltiple times with mulltiple people.
I had spent over an hour on the phone with them Monday and was now no further along than I was before I had even contacted Monday. So now I was agreeing to let them try again.
It is now Thursday morning and I have my phone but can not get anyone to help transfer my contacts. I spent two and a half hours last night with their 24/7 customer support. I was given phone numbers that had been disconnected, numbers that were recordings, chat with people who new less than I did and people whose english skills were limited.
After reading other complaints I guess I need to change credit card numbers and delete accounts. They are nothing but ripoff bs. Be careful as I have already spent over 8 hrs on this. Not a good choice!!
