I have purchased a phone from WireFly and alonge with the phone I have included the Protection plan. The company has abruptly gone out of business and without prior notice of course, but not to mentiont that the protection plan company that they were associated with sent me an e-mail in March stating that my on-line retailer has discountinued my protection service back in December and they aplogized for any inconviance that they caused.
I am not satisfied with all of this and not to mention after recieving that e-mail the protection plan company is has been faithfully debiting my account on the 19th of every month after they sent the e-mail saying to contact my on-line retailer because my protection has been cancelled. These people are no better than Wirefly, now I have to file a claim with my bank and try to get my monies back and with all of this be very time consuming not to mention a headache initself, as of today's day they still are debiting my account for protection they claim I don;t have.
