I didn't realized how many complaints already existing until today that I start my fight to get my rebate!

I purchased 1 family plan from WIREFLY.COM with 2 free-after-rebate Razor phones on July 2005.

I did EVERYTHING per rebate requirements and received multiple confirmation emails from cellphonerebates.com saying application received, approved and would notify when check sent.

SCAM 1: On July 2006 received 1 no-contact-info email saying recently receiving my application. Checked their former rebate status links and all are dead. Called and was told "FORMER PROCESSOR MESSED UP AND WE HAD TO REDO EVERYTHING".

Then never heard anything from email.

SCAM 2: On October 2006, I received 1 letter saying I my PLAN CARRIER INFO WAS MISSING FROM APPLICATION, which is one of the lamest excuse since I had to fill that out in the form as well as providing all the bills. Since THE LETTER DIDN'T SPECIFY WHICH PHONE IT WAS FOR and my both phones are under 1 plan and 1 bill, I resent all documents for the original application plus the most current paid phone bill (I didn't change my plan).

SCAM 3: On November, 2006, I received one check of $100 (Should be $100 for EACH phone). I waited for a few days hoping the other check would show up but nothing. I then called and asked where was the other $100 on NOVEMBER 20. A nice lady rep told me another letter had not been sent for one of the phone and would be sent later and asked me to give it some time. I waited for 3 weeks and called again - I was shocked to be informed that IT'S TOO LATE FOR THE REBATE NOW because THE LETTER was sent on OCTOBER 6 and they didn't hear from me within 30 days. This rep insisted they cannot be responsible for US Postal Service losing the mails.

On the same day I had the above called, I called again and questioned the rep how is it possible that ON 11/20/06 the rep told me the letter HAD NOT BEEN SENT and now you told me the letter WAS SENT 10/6/06. First she keep saying "we go by the computer" and "the computer shows 10/10" (Huh? 10/6, 10/10 What was she talking about?) When I keep asking her to explain how ON 11/20/06 the rep told me the letter HAD NOT BEEN SENT and now the record shows the letter WAS SENT early October, SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE!
