Costco never helps with Wireless Advocates - They Stay Away From Wireless Advocates..
Wireless Advocates is a crap shoot. If they don't want you to have the rebate - they will lose the paperwork. Not ethical but hard to prove and they do it often. There is little to do about it and the Service won't improve as long as Costco tolerates it.
Hope you find a better service and are able to enjoy it. Oh! and no - don't buy a phone or service in Costco. Everyone knows that now because they read this. THESE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS !!!!

I have apart of the Wireless Advocates team for several months now. I have yet to have a customer rebate issue. The rebates are categorized and printed according to service agreements and items. This system is linear, the sales rep or customer service simply types your mailing address into the system and clicks to highlight the correct items, service, etc. Once completed the mail in rebate slip prints out. This printout typically is one full page of information describing the details of the transaction. Listed on the bottom of this sheet is the INSTRUCTIONS to submit the MIR. You must complete the instructions and mail to the address. It includes a copy of your receipt, and copy of your service agreement. Without those two items the auditor at headquarters cannot process your request for security reasons. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
