I purchased my phone online at costco.com But then your transferd to Wireless Advocates Website but you still purchase through Costco so you have 90 days to return phone. I am with Sprint and my contract was up so I could now get a great price on a new phone. To do this you have to sign a new 2 year agreement and with sprint you have 14 days to try phone if you don't like you can return and you don't have to sign 2 year contract. Wireless advocates know's this. So when I purchased my new phone they did not process it for 5 days on the 5th day they charged my credit card. Then it took 3 days for shipping. I finally got my phone 8 days later called up Sprint and had it activated they told me I had 14 days to return it or I would be locked in for 2 year contract. The phone broke 8 days later so I took it back to wireless advocates inside costco and they said it was past my 14 days . They go by the day you first ordered the phone. THAT IS WHY IT TOOK 5 DAYS TO PROCESS THE ORDER AND ANOTHER 3 DAYS TO SHIP IT. They said there not goin to take it back but because it was costco they had to take it back, Costco is great. But then Wireless Advocates refused to call my service provider and tell them I returned the Phone so sprint would not release me from my 2 year contract. After 2 weeks and hours on the phone I finally got a reciept and was able to prove the phone was returned and Sprint released me from my contract . No help from wireless Advocates at all. I will never buy a phone from Costo or Wireless Advocates Again. Buyer Beware

Sounds to me like there is information missing here. If the phone "broke" as in malfunctioned Costco covers the device for 90 days. It is in the paperwork YOU signed. If the phone "broke" at no fault of your own then that's not something any company would cover. As far as online processing time you should understand buying online takes time. Why you bought it online and rather in a store but were able to find the motivation to take the phone into a store is beyond me. If you purchased it in the store you would have had the phone instantly. I'd be real curious to here the rest of the story.
