My son is a gamer and the signal is not consistent enough for his needs. So I called Peter and told him I wanted to cancel the service because it wasn't. what we expected. He said because we only had the service for a short time we had to pay for the fist month. So my thirty days free is costing me eighty four dollars and seventy five cents which I haven't paid yet. There is a lot more to this story but to much to type..

 

Peter told me I had a thirty day free trial wouldnt cost a dime if I wasn't  happy. He told me if we purchased the equipment it would be a lot cheaper in the long run. The total was five hundred and thirty something. Once again I asked if I wasn't happy I would get all of my money back within the thirty days and he said most defently because that's what a thirty day guarantee is.  I set up an appointment when the installer came. I was asking him the difference between buying the equipment and renting. He said both are good but if you own .For them to come they charge seventy five dollars an hour. None of that was explainEd to me by Peter.  So I decided to rent The equipment instead. I'm so glad I made that decision because I think I would be fight for the equipment money that ended up being over six hundred dollars not five.  We were also told by the installer that we would probably need a new tower because ours is only fifteen feet high. A new one would be about one thousand dollars. The unit was installed and it worked but the signal wasn't consistant. My son is a gamer and the lack of consistency in the signal wasn't working for him. So after four days I phoned Peter and told him it wasn't what we expected and I wanted to cancel. That's when he told me I had to pay for the first month. Then he had Chris call me and he told me because I didn't let them trouble shut that I would have to pay for the first month of service. I asked him what happened to the thirty days. Once again he stated because I didn't let them trouble shut I would have to pay for the first month. It shouldn't matter if you have the system for one day ten days or thirty days a free thirty day trial is thirty days no questions asked
