WNRS Collections Services is a Fraud! They are so completely unprofessional, sketchy, rude, horrible to clients!
Our Account Director Nicolas Recalde won't return any calls or emails after we placed collections accounts with them. How can you not return a clients calls and emails?!
I called again just now and the only option is a general voicemail and that general voicemail is full! They don't even check their voicemails in their general voicemail box.
Their communication is sketchy and unproffesional!
The several times that we have been able to get ahold of other low level incompetant, uneducated people there, when we have nicely asked for a status report on the accounts that we have placed with them, they have ALL HUNG UP ON US! WTH?! We are a client that you guys wanted as your client, we placed accounts with you, as you asked. And then when we call to check on the status, you hang up on us?
We finally got ahold of someone who did not hang up on us, named Richard, and instead he YELLED AT US. We have it all on recorded lines.
Such audacity. So beyond unproffesional. This has been such a horrible experience.
And they breech their contracts! Their contract says that they will work on accounts given to them for 90 days. But they haven't event worked on them for three weeks and they say they don't want our accounts. For no reason! We spent time at the beginning before we signed with them discussing our business with them and they said they wanted our accounts.
They have wasted so much of our time! I hope they go out of business. What evil people.

I tired deleting my review but the site won’t let me, and I requested to Rip Off Report to delete this, but they won't. I am updating my review because WNRS is being highly litigious, threatening multiple times to file suit against innocent parties if this review isn’t updated. My review update is being made under duress as the result of many calls from them to others. They can’t sue me for saying this, as facts are facts.
They would like me to say the following: “Upon review of the previous post, [I] formally retract the statements made…the comments can be attributed to a misunderstanding….The contract was canceled at will by the agency…for the record there was no fraud, no breach of any contracts, and [I] formally retract the previously posted statements.”
However, they did supposedly tell the firm false information about me, which is highly disappointing.
