Wood Dash Experts, Wood View, Onyx Automotives wrong product, unauthorized credit card activity, 2 months and still no product Edison New Jersey
Do not use this company. We ordered a grille for our truck on October 3rd. It took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did we saw that they sent the wrong grille. We called and they said they would send something to us via email so we could send it back for free. One week passed, nothing in the email so we called again.
The person we talked to (different person then the first time of course) said we needed to take pictures of what we had and send them. We did it that day and got no response. They told us that they would send the right grille and something to our email to send back the wrong one.
So then I look in our bank account, and there is a $150 hold from their company even though our product had been paid for a month before. I called and they said it was just a hold (DUH, I know -- but we can't cash a check for that amount and they werent authorized to do it!) and they placed it because they sent the new grille without having the old one back yet. In my opinion, that was THEIR screw-up, so they should deal with it, not hold our money. Oh yeah, we found out 2 days later they hadn't even sent it yet.
We finally got the email that would allow us to send the wrong one back and we did send it. Now, almost 2 months to the day after we ordered the grille, we STILL don't have it. They sent us a FedEx tracking number, but I dont know what it is to, because the package hasn't moved in like 5 days.
Everyone in customer service there is rude and unhelpful. We haven't talked to the same person twice, and we got emails from 3 different companies (Wood Dash Experts, WoodView, and Onyx Automotive.) Most importantly, it is 58 days later and still no sign of our $170 order. HORRIBLE RIP OFF.
