I wish to completely remove, withdraw & rebut my report on 23rd Jan 09 concerning the company, World Market Systems. After registering my complaint with this site & stating that I had not recieved a response from the company as promised, I did in fact receive a phone call from World Marlet Systems the following day. I subsequently sent an email to Rip Off Reports asking for my complaint to be withdrawn, however I obviously did not make this request before the report was in fact posted. World Market Systems responded with the utmost professionalism. The company representative was most obliging in arranging for a complete refund. Whilst there has not been adequate time for the refund to register on my credit card statement as yet, I have every confidence that this has been processed. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the report posting process on this site & mistakenly believed that my report was docile until actioned by me. I regret my lack of awareness in relation to this process. Within 24 hrs of my complaint, the situation was totally resolved. Whilst I did feel pressure to buy initially, it was completely my decision to make the purchase. Since being contacted by World Market Systems, my request for a refund has been accepted & actioned. I did not have to battle with the company representative. He responded in a very understanding, positive & obliging manner. I was completely satisified with the service I received. I cannot speak regarding the actual business offer from World Market Systems as my circumstances have prevented me from that experience. However I can certainly speak most highly & commend the company for their professional endeavour to be fair & respectful with new customers. Whilst I recommend that it is wisdom to check out any company you give your money to, in my experience World Market Systems has responded in an extremely favourable & professional manner. After all, my request for a refund was a result of my circumstances, not the fault of World Market Systems. I trust my positive experience with this company will assist anyone interested to explore this business opportunity, knowing that others have been treated fairly & with respect. I would like to apologise to World Market Systems & all their representatives. I sincerely trust that this update will dispel any doubts you may have had as a result of my premature & therefore unfounded complaint. Thank you Readers & thank you World Market Systems.
