World Traders Association Clear, willful misrepresentation of business opportunity RIPOFF Las Vegas Nevada
In May of 2003, I purchased the training and support to establish a standalone home based business, brokering the sales of surplus inventory through World Traders Association. I spent $6,950 for which World Traders was contractually obligated to "provide members with...unlimited access to the Association's Research Department, which supplies members with suppliers and buyers", and, "unlimited access to the Association's support staff."
In addition to my initial fee of $6,950, I also paid $35 per month, which entitled me to access World Trader's web site with their own surplus inventory. World Traders, acted as supplier for such inventory.
World Traders has not fulfilled their contractual obligation to support me in my launching of my own enterprise. Initially, the support I received was analogous to coaching. As time progressed, it became clear that World Traders was not going to support me at all. It was my expectation that their support would be continuous in terms of providing buyer and seller leads and increasing the availability of inventory on their web site. In addition, it was made very clear that they would also be able to secure merchandise for brokerage in the event a prospective customer made a specific request. World Traders did none of these things.
I want to make World Traders Association accountable. I am not going to bellyache about feeling ripped off. I believe if World Traders supported me in good faith, the business opportunity was possible. They did not act in good faith and I am here to find out who wishes to pursue World Traders Association with litigation asserting they have committed a fraud.
