To whom it may concern-  I am currently a subscriber to WWE Classics On Demand service with Verizon Fios. I have been a subscriber for about 6 years now. I first had the service through COX Communications, then I switched my cable services to Verizon Fios, and subscribed to the WWE Classics On Demand service with Verizon. For the last 14 months I have had video quality issues, the picture has changed. Never had this problem in the past. The video has begun to be shown in a jittery film like quality that no one can seem to explain. From what I have read is that WWE has all their video mastered by a company in Japan. It is then sent to the servers at WWE. Where they are to be held until ready to be shown in an interlaced format, then distributed to Avail-TVN the On Demand provider for WWE, then sent to the consumers at Verizon Fios, and other cable providers as progressive video to be show correctly to subscribers.

Well in the last 14 months myself as well as pretty much every other cable provider has had this film like jittery picture issue. I have spoken with and emailed Jim Brown the Director of Operations at World Wrestling Entertainment numerous times regarding the issue. They say that they are aware of the problem, and cannot figure it out. I was told by James Brown back in June that they were randomly pulling shows and remastering them, I was in contact with him once a week until August 2010. All contact has stopped. All subscribers seem to be having this issue. Nothing is posted on their website now, and nothing has been posted on the website for the 14 months we have been experiencing this issue. I have tried contacting Jim Brown at WWE, also Anthony Landi their video engineer, and no one will get back to me. All I want is a yes or no answer if the problem will be corrected, all I do is get ignored. I have also read that other subscribers get no answers as well. This is a premium service that we are charged for monthly. I have tried everyone to get answers. I have contacted Verizon Fios, thinking maybe is was something on their end, I tried contacting Bryan Gates Video manager at Avail-TVN, he does not know what is going wrong, and states that it is problem something on World Wrestling Entertainment's end. Which after months of research and speaking with other subscribers of different cable providers now know it is in fact WWE. I am getting very frustrated knowing that I am paying for a service, and not getting what I am paying for. All I want to know is if it is going to be fixed or not. Then I will take the correct steps in canceling the service. I just want what I pay for. I want the service to go back to the way it was for the first 5 years I had it. Please Help.
Thanks David DeRobbio Jr.
