Dear People-
I was @ the beliefnet.com website, where I saw an ad for a, "Free Trial" of WuYi Tea, as recommended by Oprah.
The box, very conveniently for them arrived 6 weeks late, too late to ask for my, "Guaranteed Refund"< which I don't understand why I needed it, because it was a free trial! You can go to beliefnet.com & find their ad, or just google them.
After multiple letters of me increasingly getting angrier, with each unanswered letter. I very specifically told them I had the unopened box & was willing to send it back - C.O.D., of course, but as I said, all my letters, bargaining & complaining were to no avail. Worst of all & the REAL CRIME HERE is that they charged $37.00 to my account, automatically deducting it from my checking account.
Now, to make things worse still, they had the nerve to send me another box of tea! I didn't even open this UPS box, I did not sign for it, it was left by my door. And I'm certain they'll deduct another $37.00 from my account.
I am up for joining any lawsuit against this company, I don't even care about being rewarded a settlement, I just want them out of my life, particularly my bank account. Now I have to hassle with my bank & U.P.S. & I still have 1 unopened box of tea which I am totally willing to send back to them, & I will now be charged for another. They have failed to answer even 1 e-mail. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau & if you know of anyone else who might be of help, I would most sincerely appreciate the referral, as I am drowning here & I refuse to. Anyone who wants to join me in a lawsuit, let Ripoff know & I give them full access to e-mailing my account or calling- with that info, as well. These creeps are ripping people up all over the country! My next way of getting my money back, is by going to all the local t.v. stations consumer reporters. I want my money back & I want them gone from my life. Can anyone out there help me?
Thank-you most sincerely, I truly do appreciate your help.
Yours In Kindness
