I bought some tea from wulongsource.com (which is not a valid site anymore) 4/13/07 and received my shipment 4/20/07. The payment was credited to edirectsoftware on my statement. The tea was oolong tea with chinese writing all over it. I tried to brew the tea several different ways. After I tried a couple of bags from different boxes I emailed them and requested a refund and an address. I received a response back from a Michael a couple days later asking what my issue was, I had already explained it the first time, but I said it again and again I requested a refund address.

I also sent an email from my work requesting the address for a refund, I received another email stating the same thing, "explain the issue I was having". I requested the address again, I finally got an address and an RMA# and explaining that refunds are processed every 2 weeks. I sent the tea back costing me an additional $12.00 and it was received by a person named Larsen on the 4th of May. The two weeks came and went still no credit and now no automated responses from my emails stating someone would get back to me with-in 24 hours. My credit card company said I had to wait to file a dispute for 30 days after they received the merchandise, so I go back to the website today and low and behold it is no longer there! They are now at wu-yisource.com, same advertising, same SALE, same everything but the name!

The Iron Clad Refund That Fell Apart

Well 1 day before the new dead line for the check that was suppose to be sent out, hmmm, no check yet..... Must be another error, yea that's it, another error! Well just another run around, until I see a refund from you Mark or who ever you are, I'm going to make it my personal mission to spread the word about your dishonesty! Trust me Mark unlike you I'm true to my word! And also just to add as being true to my word If I do by some miracle get a refund, I will post that also. In all Fairness Kim

They finally refunded the money, they sent me an invoice with 0.00 due so I hoped it was a refund, but had to wait to see if they credited the account. It was finally credited back to me in full. Thanks

Well if that were the case I would have a refund by now, this is the same guy who kept replying to the message with "Tell me what you are experiencing" but never on the refund emails. Come on Michael, where is the legitamcy of the refund??
