Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Sir, Please cancel with immediate effect my paid subscricption and confirm this via return email. I tried to do this before, but was nevertheless charged for another month and did not hear anything from you. Following cancellation I wish to delete my account. I have had many bad experiences here with people putting up fake profiles.

My experiences are very similar to other reports e.g. from muslims4marriage.com which shares support email from the same company. The company does not check the authenticity or photos (models from celebrity sites, sometimes including the watermarks) and every person I have chatted with via text on the site has turned out not to be local, claiming to be from the UK, but really sitting in Ghana having had their profile set up by a friend. Some are pushing hard to get you to register on a site in China or elsewhere, one has promoted her prostitution services in India, claiming she was very poor and living with her mother, and others in Ghana claim to be nurses stationed temporarily with International NGOs. One may have studied engineering in Cardiff UK, but could not answer many questions about the city or university and was actually living in Florida. It usually takes no more than 5-6 questions to reveal that 99% are fake or fraudsters. The company literally endorses it through its negligent corporate activities and unethical practices. Major legal action should be taken against these companies, which circulate the same databases with names and photos  under different domain names, constantly encouraging people to upgrade memberships and then what they get is automated messages from these individuals who could never have responded within seconds to a request, since they are not even online or have not been for sometimes 1-2 years or more. A disgraceful practice.
