LOW QUALITY COMPANY NOT RECOMMENDED - I Ordered what appeared to be the Ughs boots.( turned out to be cheap crappy fake imitations) Turned out they shipped them to my home address as verses my request to ship to my daughter in Oregon.I have confirmation of shipment to Oregon-still they mailed them to California, So I reshipped them to my daughter and when she attempted to get them on her feet they where to small so I tried to call Foreveryoungbrand and got a recording and left a message.No Luck- Then I attempted to email a request for return. No Luck - Since my daughter threw out the box I had no idea what the mailing address was to return the boots to and requested the address vie email and they ran me in circles never giving me the address. (I have all the email coorespondence)They went on to explain that did their part within the seven day window (ridiculous amount of time when they shipped the boot to wrong address in the first place during December) We never did get to return the boots their "customer service " is NOT. This is a "caveat emptor" on steroids as they stall you over the seven day return period. Very Clever, they won't last.
