Corrin Stubin and her Canadian Partner with firecracker red hair were caddy and rude from the start. We were looking to move out of the city to an area with a beach and golf. They found us a home (Vista Mar and Coronado Beach) and we put over $8000 for security and rent up front, for only two of us. Once they had their money, we never heard from them! The home had an infestation of bugs including the bed and mattress. We had to see a physician for the reaction to the bites!! Bugs, spiders, and mosquitoes were in every room of the house. The shower leaked, and then we had no hot running water. The air conditioning also broke-it was 90 degrees at night!!! The maintenance people took days to show and attempt repairs, which not one was finished. The kitchen was infested with roaches, and after we complained of all the problems, these realtors turned off the mail gas valve so we couldnt cook, shower, or do laundry. After two weeks, we asked for a refund since this home would have been condemned in any other country!! Both realtors had fabricated a story stating a family had just stayed in the house a few weeks ago. Then it was a few days ago, and so on. It was not possible with the conditions we were left with!! These girls are unprofessional, refused to give us any money back, and had the audacity to make rude and obnoxious comments as we left. If you are planning to move or visit Panama, there are many professional Realtors there who will not behave like inexperienced, uneducated, and unscrupulousness twits. They have a terrible reputation and surely will not be around long. STAY AWAY AND HIDE YOUR WALLET!!!

Now they are harrassing us with emails every day since this report has been filed! The constant threats and vulgar messages are being noted and alerted to the authorities. These women are vicious, ruthless swindlers and need to be stopped! Keep your husband away also, mine had to almost use force to stop their advancements when I was not around! No home is worth going through this harsh and unrelenting treatment, and they still are abusive by email. As a warning, please stay as far as you can from these women. They have a bad reputation in Panama in general. And there are plenty of quality Realtors around with properties of substance! I really feel sorry for the owner of the property we were in... the way these women let it go is a shame!! Poor guy doesnt even know!!
