I work for SecureBoxOffice customer support and wanted to respond to some of the concerns you had with your order.
Firstly, if you ordered tickets in a particular zone of a theater and did not receive seats in that zone, you are entitled to a refund. If this is indeed what happened, a simple call to customer support would rectify that situation. We treat these situations in a very black and white way; if the seats you ordered were outside the requested zone, you are owed a refund or the correct tickets.
Second, it is true that ticket sellers on our marketplace do price their own tickets. This is stated clearly on our website, and repeated often throughout our checkout. It is not, and has never been our intention to harm blue collar American citizens as you suggest. Rather, the aim of our service is to give everyone access to a wide selection of tickets at fair prices, even at the last minute.
