I  purchesed tickets for CELTIC WOMAN from this company i was told my tickets would be in the b zone with is close to the stage up in the front  and they should have been the tickets were $111.00 each and i was buying 2 .
she said if they were not the seats they were promised to me that i would be refunded,or credited.

well the next day i down loaded the tickets.. they were ETICKETS, and they had nothing on them about zone B  , it just said orch,well we went to the concert after PAYING $275.00  for both tickets and FEES and wated the concert ,we were seated in the very  BACK OF THE  chrysler hall 3 rows from the back, we asked how much tickets were for where we were setting and they were only $59.00 each

i called the company about this and i was told they will not credit me for anything  THAT THEY CAN CHARGE PEOPLE WHAT EVER THEY WANT . i asked for a manager and i was told this is not a managment issue, so then i told the NOT POLITE GIRL  on the other end of the phone that i was going to report them to the   BBB   and she said go ahead  WE HAVE A GOOD RATING WITH THE BBB ,

well i cannot even find them listed with the bbb,  the reason im writing this is i hope it does some good and prevents someone else from being taken advantage of from a company that sats they care about customer service  BUT REALLY DOES NOT ,  it is just sickning what america has become.. WHO CAN STEAL THE MOST FROM CONSUMERS AND GET AWAY WITH IT . PLEASE BEWARE ..THIS IS A BAD COMPANY  DONOT BUY FROM THEM , if they read this and make good on it i will write a retraction or remove it  THANK YOU FOR YOU TIME ...SIGNED  normal everyday american blue collar worker .

I work for SecureBoxOffice customer support and wanted to respond to some of the concerns you had with your order.

Firstly, if you ordered tickets in a particular zone of a theater and did not receive seats in that zone, you are entitled to a refund. If this is indeed what happened, a simple call to customer support would rectify that situation. We treat these situations in a very black and white way; if the seats you ordered were outside the requested zone, you are owed a refund or the correct tickets.

Second, it is true that ticket sellers on our marketplace do price their own tickets. This is stated clearly on our website, and  repeated often throughout our checkout. It is not, and has never been our intention to harm blue collar American citizens as you suggest. Rather, the aim of our service is to give everyone access to a wide selection of tickets at fair prices, even at the last minute.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you do believe you were issued the wrong tickets, please call us at  (888) 546-8561 so we can look into the situation. Thank you.
