I represent a well known worldwide foreign langauge institution based in the U.S. We were in the process of changing our website and during the interum we decided to use www.sitecube.com as an in-between changes website. Nearly 100 man hours were spent on the website. There were hidden fees when it was time to check out and we paid them. We were initially impressed with what we thought to be a quality website for such a reduced price - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Not even a week after publishing our site to the web, it disappeared. Not only that, but www.sitecube.com disappeared as well. We have no way of getting in touch with them. We have a lot of customers and we pay a heavy amount for advertising to draw people to our website. Now, we're stuck between a rock and a hard place, and we're out about $250.00. The money is not the issue, the scam is. I wish I had found this site sooner. It wasn't until I searched google trying to find "sitecube" that I found it. Thank you for what you do. Please do not waste your time, talents, and money on sitecube. Those who doubt will inevitably post their stories after mine.

I am truely facinated with the quality standards with sitecube. Recession did not allow my payments to go through for my website which I have with sitecube.com. They put my website offline and I was out of business. I explained the chat guy that I lost my job and have no money to pay the bill until 5th of next month. He trasferred me to his supervisor and he put my website online in not more than 5 min. Not only he did that but also corrected errors in my meta info. This was more than expected prevelge for a non paying client :(. I truely feel its value for money being associated with Sitecube. I'm sure there is no co. out in the internet who can extend a website for 1 month. They are definitly not a money ripping company.

I want to pipe in that I have been totally pleased with our companies relationship with sitecube.com They are extremely professional, and always have someone to assist me when I need help. I would suggest anyone who decides to organize their own website on sitecube or similar companies to read everything on the website. It takes patience, perseverence, but is not difficult at all. I can go in and change my website whenever I want to.

I have seem some reports about sitecube.com being a rip off, especially because the site seemed to disappear from the face of the earth for some hours today! I also have site cube and I am relieved to say that the sites are back up! I got scared for a while because I to was wondering what happened to the site. However, although the layouts are wonderful. I would not recommend them. Their customer service is horrible.... (you have no phone contact...instant message only and I swear there are about 2 or 3 people who you can talk to and they are very rude sometimes). As another person said, you have to pay for an entire year upfront! I paid about $330....and their system still has numerous glitches that need to be addressed before they go getting cocky charging people upfront. I sent them an instant message tonight telling them that they owed their customers a mass apology because many people thought they had been scammed out of money. The guy responded " we had unscheduled maintenance...you've faced the problem now every thing is fine". If that doesn't sound rude, then I don't know what does. What does he mean "I've face the problem"? They also have a nasty habit of cutting of the instant message before you have addressed all of your concerns. The poor customer service is a scam in itself but nonetheless, I am stuck with them until next april!
