The sneakers I purchase arrived with a musty odor coming from the package. The packaging smelled and so did the sneakers that were inside. The odor was so strong I could not leave the packaging or the sneakers in the house as the room started smelling as well. The box the sneakers came was worn. I requested that this business  send me a prepaid shipping label so I can exchange/get a refund and this is their response to my request: "Sorry to reply your email with delay,If you are not satisfied with our product, all items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Besides,You should pay the shipping fee and we will charge you 15% of your order amount as our restocking fee." If I was returning because they didn't fit or I didn't like I could understand this policy, but I was returning becasue they sold me a defective/smelly product. I tried calling them and no one ever answers (phone # is a New York #). I checked the IP address and the location is Taiwan. No where on there website is an address to know I was ordering from Taiwan. So, clearly I have been ripped off because I am not shipping them back to China where the address label says the sneakers came from. The label is in chinese so I cannot read it. There was no invoice with the package. There was no instructions inside for return. Clearly a company making it appear they are in New York when in fact they are in China/Taiwan
