www.travel-state-passport.com/ Company that tricks you into giving them a fee for giving you just a filled out PDF that you fill out yourself oline. Internet
The website www.travel-state-passport.com/ tries to trick you into getting a $69 fee. They diliberately have an URL similar to the passport gov sites and they deliberately charge a fee that is the same as it cost to file for a real passport. They change their website back and forth and purposely have it not crawled by the robot crawler so you can't look how the website looked in the past to see that it doesn't not always come out with saying that it is charging a fee. Today it says it is. But when I used it 5 days ago it did not, and I emailed several times with no email back telling me why my credit card was charged.
check out http://archive.org/ and you will see that it has only been crawled once in the last year, and it was when it did say the fee. But they put up a robot.txt purposely so there is no history crawled or to be found.
