uspassportonline.com Sylvania:- supervisor of this company is one super mean woman to handle business. First time I applied for this thinking I will get confirmation option after entering credit card detail but they charged I called and emailed immediately to cancel and requested again by mail mail, Internet
I am copying my email after applying by mistake when I requested 2 cancel 2-3 times than they said they will refund my money. 2 months I emailed so many times no email replies and no money back.
Finally one day I called very strictly to ask where is my money they said they will charge $45 even when cancel request was made just after applying for their service and they said they will refund my money within a week or so.
I suspected that they may again stop taking action so I asked them to not cancel and I asked for all the directions for sending all my documents back to them.
they send a list and I was not having travel itinary for new passport they said it's okay and asked to go some acceptance agency and get done the paper work. I got no appoitments beacuse of holiday seasons in any passport office near my area and I called them back why i need to do all this even after paying you so much etc etc. No satisfactory answer but my money was stuck with them so I wanted to use it. They suggested me to go to Middlesex passport office.
I went their with my husband and my newborn for whom I needed passport and passport official denied to us ethat service and told us clearly they do not do that. Am I left with any option? No she suggested pay $ 20 extra and expediate your passport service and get it in less time than they can. She also explained that I do not need them.
I got my passport and I kepy emailing them for my cancellation as passport official did not agreed to the direction they gave me. Now they said they will not refund my money at all. WTF They harrased me so many times and whever I email they say call them and then they hung up on me 3 times. I am tired plz help.

I needed to renew my passport. I went online, and through Google found uspassportonline.com.
The online form looked easy to fill in, so I proceeded to fill it in, and this is the problem. They get you to fill in all your information, including your credit card data and click two boxes that allow your credit card to be charged before any verification contact has been made. I exited the site after seeing all the additional government information that was needed. Surprise, surprise, I got a call from them and immediately canceled my order, but it was too late! They said I would be refunded. Here is the email I got.
Your order with US Passport Online LLC has been canceled. Please expect the refund to appear in 12 - 15 Business days from your cancellation date. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Thank you very much and have a wonderful day!

I called the number above only to find out that it would be a partial refund. All this took place in less than 30 minutes! I will be contacting my bank and the BBB for additional help. I will get back to you here as this unfoldsStay tuned!
P.S. Deceptive, easy to fill in forms seem to be everywhere nowBeware!
