Wyndham Vacation Ownership Or Fairfield Resorts WYNDHAM GRAND DESERT RUDE AND DOWN GRADING LAS VEGAS, Nevada
This is the most inconsiderate and non professional type of resort. The entire company is all nice when you first sign up and state oh you will be able to book anytime and something will always be available. Yea right. We just stood at the Grand Desert we have been owners for over 3 yrs and this weekend we were talked down like we were children by the manager. The closer because we were going to upgrade and then when reviewing the contract and what they had failed to advise of when we asked for a refund they threw the paperwork at me, and they were so nice the minute before that some professionals they are. Then the manager tried telling us that we had no right and all this other bs.. Needless to say I do not recommend this resort or Wyndham to anyone unless you purchase a high VIP plan, because once your vip expires thats it you are nothing to them. I'd rather have a receipt the rest of my life than own with them.
