The same thing just happened to me---mine was scratched and broken as soon as it came in. I called as soon as I opened the box which was 15 min after the shipping company delivered it. I called them, they said we will send you replacement parts! I said no--you are misunderstanding me...I JUST RCVD this I want a NEW scooter I purchased. they said NO NO refunds or exchanges. so in other words they can send out whatever however they want you are stuck with it. they do not care. wonderful customer service! I am now in the process w/Paypal helping me with this situation. So now I have too look for another scooter for my son's Christmas which is only 6 days away from now and also I am 354.00 short of my Christmas funds. and I still have to purchase another scooter from someone out there. Anyhow, just wanted you to know I agree this is an awful company.
