X-Tremescooters.com Sold me defective Chinese crap Auburn WA Washington
Purchased an X-TREME NEWPORT BEACH CRUISER from Farbike. Nothing but problems. Everything about this bike screams cheap cheap parts.
1. The chain never stayed on the front sprocket. It did not even match the teeth on the sprocket and constantly fell off until I paid to replace it with a Shimano chain.
2. The chain falling off destroyed the speed sensor. Replaced that part out of my pocket.
3. The front fork was manufactured crooked right from the factory.
4. The tubes in the tires di not hold air. Replaced both tubes out of my pocket.
5. Worst of all the battery failed after 18 months. Less than 100 charges an the $389 custom battery is dead. Not worth spending one more penny on this piece of crap. The company is so shady that even though they are registered as a company in Washington state, their contact information on their website is Hiong Kong, China.
