Xfinity is the biggest rip off ever they offer all of these "Refer-A-Friend" promotions and then when the 90days are up they always find some reason why they couldnt send out the prepaid visa cards that were promoised. I refered someone one and received a code to give to my friend. My friend called in and gave the code their customer service agent said as long as your account stays in good standing for 90 days you and your friend will receive the cards in the mail, We called in today only to get the answer of on no since he didnt input the code online we cant honor that. WOW! Just like that huh. So I asked the rep why didnt the lady that originally took the code from him tell him all of this? The only response I received was I dont know but they should have. Why do we the customer have to pay for the mistake of a comcast employee. Maybe comcast should look into deducting money from the rep that gives misleading information and send it to the customer. I bet the rep would know what is suppose to be done and if they dont know they will find out.
