This is the worst of the worst advertiser, contract and SCAM EVER! I am a war veteran and business owner. This Kyle Benson (owner) wants me to advertise with him and put a "commercial ad" on a TV at Sunnymead carwash in Moreno Valley, CA. Basically its a TV billboard that rotates a slide show advertising different companies in the local area. He shows me some OK commercials which are really just a photo slide with some writing on it. Basically something off powerpoint. He wants me to sign a contract for $300 for a few months.. I have been down this road before so I offer $100 for 30 days and he then sweetens the deal for $100 for 90 days.. He comes by and picks up my $100 and I sign a contract that is suppose to start Feb 15 2016. I should have ran when I saw that he pulled up with his wife and kids in a beat up white explorer and saw that his address was also a PO BOX. BUT! I sympathize a little thinking we are both small companies trying to survive, so why not,, Who would steal/scam from a war veteran. So I give him the $100 and weeks go by and I get this cheesy ad from pictures that I submitted to him and then he made it a slide on powerpoint or excel program. He asks me by Email to look it over and make any changes needed. I did. I recommended that the advertising and phone number be bigger then the photos.. That went on deaf ears. His contract says I will get a maximum of (3) ad layouts. I got (2). Feb 15 2016 arrives and just so happens I am in the area of Sunnymead car wash and I stop in to check out the commercials. To my surprise I see the TV that is suppose to be advertising all the small companies like mine is turned off. I call Kyle voice mailbox full. I text, I get a call back claiming he will call them and get it turned on now. The cashier turns it on and to my surprise my ad was not there. SOUNDS LIKE HE JUST VOIDED HIS OWN CONTRACT AGREEMENT! He gives me a run around about a possible stolen memory card from the back of the TV.. AHHH! Nope. Because if it was stolen then the cashier could have not been able to turn the ads on. It's there and it's advertising other companies. He said he will fix it when he gets back into town. I stop by a week later and the same TV is turned off and nobody is answering the phone at Xposure. I send a Email same silly reply about a stolen memory card. On March 1st 15 days later after my contract started, now voided and requesting my money back) I get a Email showing a video of my ad on the TV. Whoopie at this point. GUESS WHAT! I go back there in 3 days and the TV is turned off again. I call Kyle, voice mail is still full. i call his wife and no return call. I talk to the manager and it turns out Kyle is not paying the carwash his cut for advertising. Something about an agreement of needing 15 or more advertising ads. Kyle had 3. The manager admitted to turning off the TV due to the lack of rental agreement and lack of payments. Now I am mad. I ask the manager to turn it on for me and I copy all the names on the rotating ads. Turns out there is only 3 of them there.. LOL! There is me, the car wash and speedy tacos (currently out of business I found out that same day). I go home, I got no calls back (voicemail still full), but I got a response to my Email. Kyle pattern is beginning to hide behind Emails like a coward at this point. He is claiming that the manager of the carwash is lying and he is legit and puts me in on a CC Email with the manager. Manager has no reply and could care less because he is loosing money on the deal and he keeps turning it off for lack of payment. So why should he respond. MONEY TALKS KYLE AND BS WALKS!!! Derp!! So, I go back to Xposure websites and I begin to call all the companies that have done business with him in the past. A barber shop claimed bad business, A car shop, claimed bad business with him as well. I keep going down the list and most of them stopped the contracts or were out of business. I call a few and we talk. They have nothing good to say (shocker!) OR they had no idea they were paying for advertising and were not getting what they paid for. I finally give Kyle 5 business days to return my $100 or I will begin to leave my experience on ripoff website to expose him along with Yelp reviews, etc.. He replies by Email again the coward. He says "Well, I was going to return your $100 but now you can forget it!" LOL, typical immature response from a scam artist and a immature business ethic person. All this could have been avoided over a return fee of $100!! I have yet heard from him in a week, I have not gotten my money back and I will continue to track him down for small claims court and to expose him for who he really is. How dare you Kyle, walk into my home with your family and took $100 from a war veteran. Shame on you and I hope this is not how you are going to raise your child to be!!!! The word Gypsy comes to mind. Since then I have contacted over 10 of his advertising companies on his website thathe has done business with. 9 out of 10 of his clients had nothing good to say about him either.

David from Loyal K-9 signed up to advertise with our company, we had an agreement to advertise his business, Loyal K-9, for at least 15 seconds appearing at least every 5 minutes on the television in the Sunnymead car wash waiting area in Moreno Valley. Our agreement included an estimated start date of 2/15/16. David paid $100 for 3 months of advertising, normally it is a 6 month minimum and $300 to sponsor. I gave him a great deal and he didn't even provide his own ad, for him to be judgmental of an ad designed for free is absurd. If he wasn't in a desperate position, he would have furnished his own ad, knowing that any other ad agency would not give him 3 months of advertising or design an ad for that price. Our company has been more than fair as he is half way through his 5th month of advertising. We extended the contract from 3 months to 6 months due to the ad being published 2 weeks late. Our contract informs our customers that it is an estimated start date, due to the fact that the car washes that we work in conjunction with are weather permitting businesses. As we rebuttled his Yelp review, we furnished pictures that prove we held up our end of the bargain. Our company is left vulnerable to dishonest people because our competitors along with a dissatisfied customer can turn the television off with the press of a button. He has referred to my family and I as "gypsies" and is very threatening. He told me while at his home his dog can kill me with one German command followed by an email from him signed "WOOF". After his ad was published he requested his money back but in our agreement it states "that if a refund is made the ad design and production fee will be charged even if originally waived. The ad design and production fee is $125. So this company has gotten a month and a half of advertising more than they paid for. We went above and beyond to satisfy this customer and have been used and slandered, we could have just requested the $25 and called it a wash. There seems to be no resolution with Loyal K-9, as we have continued to try and resolve this with no success, we have no choice but to pursue legal action.
