This low life POS is a straight up Scammer, Thief, and Rip Off Conartist. He lies about everything to gain your trust, then, he askes to borrow money in the form of a personal loan. He will promise to pay you back and even sign a "Promissory Note" in order to get as much as he can from you.
He is known to not pay his bills, and doesn't even support his two children. He refuses to pay child support. He even to this day trying to scam innocent people by saying that he has money that his dad left him but then will not payback the loans that he owes to several people.
If you come to Las Vegas, NV. you will see him driving a new white Dodge Challenger trying to show off and offer you business proposals that are all scams. He just wants to take your money so don't fall for it like I did. I suggest that you stay away as far as possible when you hear the name Charles Li or Xuhua Li.
He is Chinese and 34 years old. His driver's license number is (((REDACTED))). He moves from place to place from motels to low down apartments and homes around Lake Mead and Jones or Cheyenne Ave and Jones. He has an (((REDACTED))) girlfriend that tags along him with her several children all from different Daddy's.
