thousands of dollars from people around the world.

One cannot always jump to swift conclusions

especially when a large company is involved. Millions of people order hamburgers

and fries daily, most of these restaurants get at least 100s of  complaints a

day per state about fries being to cold or hamburgers without not enough ketchup

or mayo, but they dont shutdown, they just work towards improving their

Randall's aka Dalton's original claim was

that Yashua Financial would not give him a refund and that we were under

investigation, but this is the farthest from the truth. Dalton did buy two aged

shelf corporations from us and we did deliver them to him the same day. That was

the end of our contract and agreement. 2 months later Dalton tries to get a

refund from us because it turns out the 2 PG's (personal guarantors) he thought

he had backed out on him. That is not our fault nor negligence. That is a

personal problem of his. We did our job as promised and delivered the 2 corps to

him as agreed and as promised the same day. We also, offered to get corporate

lines of credit for Dalton/Randall Robinson but at this point he is in gross

negligence for not providing the two required pg's to take his 2 corps to

funding. Dalton has made several internet posting bashing the name of Yashua

Financial because he tried to get 2 aged corps for free, then try to request a

bogus refund like many other people have done before to us which is why we do

not accept credit cards anymore...

the problem with the internet today is that anyone can post anything on

the net about anyone and it is presumed to be true.. in fact many competitors

are doing it heavily to try and bash real companies who do legit business to try

and promote themselves. welcome to the new age 2011. Yashua financial has

and Dalton is the only person who has made a bogus complaint against us?

Wow..... what does that say about him? 1 out of 5,000.00 ??? what's wrong with

We are an honest physical company and

will not allow others to try and taint our name.



We have even had fake

brokers out there collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars by using our

website address and company name and defrauding people and not even telling us

what they were doing.... We have had hundreds of clients calling and emailing us

asking why we did not do their work, and we always inform them that there are

people using our name to collect money and disappear.

For example, Judy Wang

of GRAND CAPITAL FINANCIAL in new port beach California, and Alanna Steinberg of

Ontario Canada. BEWARE, do not send neither of these two people money. Do not

call Yashua Financial saying we did not perform then make false fraud postings

against us.

Funny, I posted the original complaint against Dion Anthony, or whatever alias he was using then, over a year ago and I still get emails when someone else posts to this site.   Evidently Anthony thinks that everyone who posts here is actually me in hiding.. (yeah I live my life lamenting over a couple thousand dollars that I've since had to absorb. )  Unfortunately it seems some small minds can't move on.  Since it seems he has a web page dedicated to me (what an honor), he points back to this particular page as "evidence" of my actions, I'll use the opportunity to further my information regarding him and expand on it as long as he wants to use his dedicated webpage for me, to direct people who are stupid enough (like me at one point) to consider doing business with him, to look at.  (Talk about self incrimination, nice going Einstein.)  

I honestly had "gotten over" my issue with this guy, having had to absorb the loss of money for the group I represented (which answers why I would have requested a refund from your fraudulently obtained corporations), and gave him the benefit of the doubt to "work it out," but as everyone can see from his own post, he only used my goodwill in a twisted effort to prove something by telling a half truth (you should maybe go into politics Anthony, you would do well.) 

Fair enough, I wrote to Anthony shortly after receiving this notice and told him I didn't care about his stupid postings on a third party site such as this, but it was libelous and defamatory when he devotes a webpage to me on his site which not only is false, but blatantly malicious and suggested he remove the page.   He refused and said "you started a fight... so we have to respond to fake people posting ads on it..."  Correction Anthony, I posted a complaint that was true, and is supported by others who have had dealings with you, a fight would be something else.

All anyone has to do is search this site for additional complaints against him to know what I stated was true, but for some reason he seems to be fond of me particularly (Sorry Anthony, you need to divert your mancrush to someone who can return the gesture,)  as opposed to the dozens of others who have evidently had dealings with him - http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/Yashua%20Financial.aspx, 

The problem with you Anthony, wasn't that you didn't sell me 2 corporations, you did!  But if you recall you had to get another one because one that you sold to me was actually owned by someone else, or did you forget that part?  Not only was that illegal in hijacking a corporation, it could have caused me significant legal problems had it not been identified.  THis was the reason I made the complaint regarding "corporate ID theft".    One of the corps was as far as I know, okay and you did sell it to someone else as part of "making it right", which I appreciated, and which I made the statement about removing this post but couldn't (since at that moment you were following thru with your word to help make it right), but it didn't take long for that to change.  You never followed thru with the funding, and even the guy you sold the corp too and sold the same funding package too, would back up everything I am saying.  And in fact, as I recall he was hoping to run into you on the street because he considered you a thief.  Yes that's hearsay, but if I decide to spend the money in court against you, trust me he will be a witness.  

Other than your defamation and libelous claims on your site, I'm over this.  You should be too because trust me when I say you on the losing side if you push this. You Put your big boy pants on Anthony.

McDonald's has more complaints than us. they get 4 million complaints a year for cold fries or bad hamburger, but they are still #1 and still in business... the bottom line is you cannot make everyone happy all the time no matter what.. and
we have so many brokers out there using our name and not doing the work... and people accuse us the parent company which is us even though brokers are out there using our name improperly... those same people posting that false stuff on
the internet are our competitors... and the sites themselves do it to extort $12,000 in order to remove the posting.. its a big scam and lies... dont rush to judgment so quickly foolishly... anyone can post anything on the internet..

This company Yashua Financial is a real scam. I have proven it myself first hand. He basically takes your money and don't expect a refund if things go bad. He will market to you as much you want before payment after payment, any e-mail is seen as a bother which means he is not expecting to perform and trying to use your e-mails as excuse to get upset.

Why are you hiding behind fake names and aliases and makin guntrue statements?
the internet can be a good thing but it can also be a bad thing....

We have a credit funding program where we wlp peoiple get funding on their business and corporations who have good credit as required.

We also, help people get funding who have projects who seek cash angel investors, we market to investors who signed up with us and send them your projects via email and then the investor and client borrower can negotiate directly just like hundreds of other marketing websites on the internet. Its called marketing, which is completly legal. We offer this service for one year until the client has been funded. A very few clients who do not get funding from an investor in three days might ask for a refund which is not in our contract agreement. Our contract clearly states all refunds are after a year of us marketing to get them funded. Therefore, no crime has been committed and we are not obligated to send a refund until 365 days of us working hard for each client. Some clients sign up and become lazy and refuse to talk to any investor or follow our rules and instructions, that is their problem if their negotiations take 1 to 9 months to be funded not ours. we do not get involved in negotiations. Some people quickly jump to conclusions which is not fair to us. No where in our BSA contract agreement does it state a client is guaranteed funding in 1 to 4 days, that is crazy. Now all the people who are making false statements on ripp off report should beware of false slander and defamation of charachter suits, y the way which most of you are fake competitors making these claims.

The guy who runs this company is the epitome of human greed.  He would sell his soul to the devil and risk his life over money.  A rip-off report isnt even needed. I'm sure he'll eventually scam the wrong person and get his legs broken. (god forbid!)
