We ordered from Young Explorers catalog and after not receiving our items or even an email indicating if our items had been shipped, we called the customer service line only to receive rude behavior and several excuses as to why orders take weeks to process. They even gave me an excuse as to why I couldn't talk to a manager (he was too busy) and they did NOTHING to help me escalate to resolve the issue. Good thing I did not order my holiday toys from them, as I do not want to give this company any of my business after the way they treat their customers.... the very people who keep them open BTW!
